You are not limited to the styles and fabrics offered on our web store. Custom design services have been the foundation of our business for almost 20 years. This is a wonderful option for the group or team that is seeking their own, unique look.
Creating a custom design involves planning and time. The following offers you an overview of this process. For more information visit our main website at www.thelineup.com or call us at 1-888-454-6387.
Consultation and Design, Weeks 1-4
Whether you are local or live across the world from us, our experienced staff is eager to get to know you. Your Account Coordinator will be asking you questions to gain a clear understanding of your needs. From there, our design staff creates a digital design of your ideas. Fabric swatches are researched and sent to you for approval.
Confirming Your Order, Week 5
Once we confirm your design and a 50% deposit is received, your project is scheduled and fabric is ordered. Time frame to complete your project depends on the complexity of your design and the time of year. Generally, our custom service involves planning 12-18 weeks in advance of your delivery date. During our busiest season, July through December, allow for the longer time frame. If you need product in less than 8-10 weeks, we are pleased to offer a faster turnaround by ordering on line.
Making Your Vision a Reality, Weeks 6-9
While we wait for fabric to arrive, our experienced pattern makers create your pattern using the most up to date patterning technology. We make a sample garment that is sent to you for your feedback and approval. When you receive the garment, your Account Coordinator will talk you through the approval of the garment and confirm any changes with you.
Production, Weeks 10-16 Once you return the sample to us, we take great care to make sure the pattern and sample are changed to your specifications. When all of your sizes are determined and the final pattern changes have been made, we then start making the entire order. To ensure the best quality and efficiency, we cut, sew and finish all of your garments at one time. To make sure you do not incur additional costs or delays, changes to the garment and quantities must be established before we begin production. The garments are shipped to you once final payment is received.
Our goal is to meet or exceed your expectations. We will be contacting you to make sure you are pleased with your product and services from The Line Up. If at any time you have questions or concerns, please contact us. Your feedback and input is the tool for improving our product and service.
