Ordering Information
The distinct ordering process at The Line Up allows for garments to be made specifically for you based on style selection and fabric. When you place your order, the garments are then made to your specifications. Please refer to the following regarding time frame, return policy and privacy information.

Shipping and Handling:
The Line Up does not carry any of the available items in-stock.  The distinct ordering process at The Line Up allows for garments to be made specifically for you based on style selection and fabric. When you place your order, the garments are then made to your specifications.


From the date you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process and create your garment(s).  Then, depending on the shipping method you choose, allow 1-5 business days to receive your order.


*Quantity Orders of 5 or More at Discounted Price
For quantity orders, time frames will vary. A four to six week time frame required to receive the 5 or more discount.  We will contact you immediately to ensure proper and prompt delivery of product. 


In the event of any concerns or special requests regarding time frames and delivery, please contact us for more information at 1-888-454-6387. Our customer service staff will work with you to address your needs and expedite your order whenever possible.


Local Order Pick-Up
Customers that are located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area may choose to pick up their order at our Eden Prairie showroom.  Simply choose [Ground Shipping] for your shipping method, and then note “local will call” in the order comment section.  The shipping method will be changed internally by our customer service department.


Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges:
For orders placed on-line, size exchanges can be made for garments of the same style and fabric. All exchanges must occur within 10 days of receiving your order and a new garment will be made at such time we have received the returned garment. The Line Up cannot accept garments for exchange that have been worn, altered or damaged. A $20 restocking fee per garment will apply. Returns:
The Line Up takes pride in customizing your garment style, fabric and size. For this reason, once your order is placed, it is non-returnable.  If you have questions or need assistance with making decisions prior to ordering, please call us.  We are always eager to assist you by making recommendations, offering advice or sending you a sample garment before you make your final purchase.  Our goal is to be sure you are always satisfied with your purchase.


We stand behind our product and take pride in offering quality merchandise.  If you have any problems with defective merchandise, please call us immediately.  We will work with you in either repairing or replacing your garment.


Showroom Purchases:
If you have purchased a showroom item, they can be returned within 15 days of sale, with garment tags still attached. The Line Up cannot accept garments for return/exchange that have been worn, altered or damaged. 


Privacy and Security:
When you order from The Line Up, information collected through sales and inquiries about our product remain private and secure. Information obtained such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card/payment information are used for purposes of completing sales transactions, monitoring shipment/delivery of product and keeping you informed about your order.


Customer information is also collected in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. Any information obtained about our customers is not shared or released to any third party. If at any time you would like to discontinue receiving information such as newsletters or promotional literature, please contact us at customerservice@thelineup.net.
